Paid in full: You have 5 days from your payment date to request cancellation and a refund. Production preparation may begin after day 5.

25% deposit: You have 10 days from your deposit date to request cancellation and a refund.

Contact the Parent Help Center within your applicable window and include your order reference. For paid-in-full orders, the refund window closes before your proof arrives on days 8–10.

You will receive your contract and production proof 8–10 days after your initial payment. Review your graduate’s name, spelling, artwork layout, frame selection, and any sport or club personalization.

Sign the contract and approve the proof before carving begins. Production preparation and signed design approval are separate steps.

Standard design changes close 10 days after your initial payment. If you have not received your proof or need help reviewing it, contact the Parent Help Center promptly.

Changes requested after day 10 require review and carry a 10% change charge.

For personalization corrections during production, the stated charges are 10% within the first 20 days of the production period and 20% afterward, when new glass and restarting the work may be necessary.

Fee details awaiting confirmation: the amount used to calculate each percentage, the start date of the 20-day production period, and how the two charges relate. Do not assume both fees apply to the same request. These details must be finalized before checkout opens.

Any applicable fee will be explained and authorized before collection. A parent-requested change to an approved design is reviewed separately from an error by Icons by Holder or artwork that differs from the approved proof.

Follow the installment schedule agreed at checkout. The remaining balance is due by February 21, 2027, unless a different arrangement is expressly approved.

If you anticipate or miss a payment, contact the Parent Help Center as soon as possible. A missed payment does not automatically cancel your order or extend your deadline. The team will review your circumstances and confirm any revised arrangement.

Standard artwork is $3,000. The larger custom artwork with sport, school club, or both is $3,500. The 10% pay-in-full discount applies to the artwork, including the $500 upgrade.

Prices exclude sales tax. A 6.5% sales tax applies to orders delivered to Ocoee High School and will be added during checkout. School delivery is included.

Artwork deposit and installment estimates on this page exclude tax. Review the final tax amount and payment schedule at checkout before paying.

School pickup dates, location, and instructions will be shared once confirmed. A parent or authorized adult should inspect the artwork and personalization with the pickup team, then acknowledge its condition and receipt.

Report visible damage or incorrect personalization before accepting the piece. Damage caused by handling or transportation after safe pickup is the recipient’s responsibility.

Confirming pickup does not remove applicable rights concerning pre-existing defects or artwork that differs from the approved order.

Enter card information only in the designated checkout. Do not include card numbers or security codes in artwork forms, support requests, or email.

The cancellation and refund windows above do not limit bank dispute rights or other applicable consumer remedies.
